Our Team

We are a certified Minnesota builder and trained team of project managers at your service through KJB Homes, LLC. Additionally, Katy Bonello, founder of KJB Homes, is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).

​Our build team partners with the Al Theisen Team of Realtors at Coldwell Banker Burnet for all of our real estate services. Our specialty areas are South / Southwest Minneapolis and Edina in the state of Minnesota.
