Cosmetic Updating and Kitchen Remodel
All trim and original accents enameled white, with fresh paint throughout and all new Marvin windows. All original wood floors refinished, and new wood floors added to the brand new kitchen space to replace existing tile. Custom cabinetry, Cambria countertops, and crisp, white subway tile accents with new light fixtures and appliances make this space pop. It was fun to add color accents in the office space, and through the use of patterned wallpaper in the powder bath and front entry. We used existing spaces for the full remodel - the rear mudroom, powder bath and living room addition were contracted by Al Theisen Homes (previously Al Theisen Renovations) in 2010.
