Master Suite in Unfinished Half Story

Project Notes:

For this project, we remodeled an unfinished half story to become a 3 room master suite with electric fireplace, side by side laundry closet, lounge, 2 custom "his and hers" closets, bedroom to accommodate a king size bed, and full bath that included walk in shower with dual shower heads, soak tub, and double vanity. Very intricate tile work undertaken in the master shower with a beautiful gray stone. We worked with existing window openings throughout to eliminate exterior re-structuring, and brought a full, forced air heating and air conditioning system in to the space . The existing stair treads were salvageable, and we re-finished them to create a beautiful entry in to the upper level with french, single panel doors and new rail system.
