Project Notes:

Main floor had minimal layout changes; just a couple of walls removed and a mud room added in the front entry area. All main floor window openings were re-used, original wood floors were preserved and refinished, and entire second story addition was built on the existing foundation of the home. The upgrade to 9' ceilings in the upper level gives the space a very open, airy feeling - a true gem in the Kenny neighborhood of Minneapolis!
