Additions and Whole Home Remodels

This remodel was four months of making a vision into a beautiful reality in partnership with Al Theisen Homes. Built in the 1920s, it was important to us to maintain the originality of this home as much as possible. Doors and millwork, wood floors, and exteriors were preserved. All finishes, from fixture, hardware and paint colors to lighting, cabinetry and tile selections, were meant to be reminiscent of the era, and were chosen with great care. We are proud to say that the final product was met with very positive reviews from the original owners, who grew up in the home, as well as neighbors and potential buyers. It sold in the first weekend on the market through the Al Theisen Team at Coldwell Banker, and we couldn't be prouder of how this remodeling project turned out.
